EPG/App problem

I wanted to record a program but seem to have a mixture of problems. The program is the new series of Bergerac on U and Drama on 27 February.
I first went to set the recording using the app. There was 2 problems. The first was that the app was saying my box was off line. Which it wasn't, the other said was the description was of the original series with John Nettles.

So I tried on the TV EPG. This time the program is the correct one but it comes up with an error, " Sorry we couldn't do this for you. Please try again later." I've been trying for over a week and it's still the same.

Any suggestions?

    The episode description of the app + EPG are both different but neither are the same as the description on U&Dramas website guide.

    It does say on the app available 1 March 2025 and that also shows the new series. Didn't have any problem setting the recording on the 27th using the app.

    I responded to another post on the same subject in the tivo forum.

    I've checked the U&Drama TV guide on the broadcasters own website https://u.co.uk/tv-guide/drama and it shows that the new program/series should indeed be showing at 9pm on Thursday 27th.  

    When the VM EPG differs from the website of the broadcaster's published schedule for these programmes as it does in this case, you should email tivoguideerrors@virginmedia.co.uk  Although they don't usually reply to the emails they will update the EPG with the correct info/metadata.
