Just changed to 360 . Once a profile is set up can it be edited to show preferences?I didnt select these preferences  when setting up   or do I need to delete profile and start again?

    Hi Confused17

You can chnage to that profile and then click on the Settings cog wheel in the top navigational bar and alter  your settings (preferences for that profile)

You can also add/remove channels by editing that profile and going to Settings > Profiles > Manage channels

This seems to only edit name and colour but not preferences . Thank you for your reply

I've just signed in, changed to the Sports profile that I set up, and then gone to Settings > Accessibility  and turned on Voiceover guidance as a test.

I've then returned to the EPG, and also to live TV and the voiceover guidance is working on that profile (but the voiceover is not turned on when I switch to my shared profile)

  • I set up a profile with just 7 channels to see how it worked. Having checked it was OK, I went to settings / Profiles / Manage channels / Add channels / Select the channels and went through the full list and selected several more. Every attempt at this has failed. I pressed the back button - none added. Went through the list again and tried to use the up arrows to get back to the top. Failed. Went through again (to 991) and went back to the top 1 channel at a time. Only option is "select all channels", which I clearly don't want. This firmware or software is dreadful. How can I add the other few channels? Can I have a V6?!!

Settings > Profiles > Manage channels > Add channels / Select each individual channel that you wish to add by highlighting it and pressing OK. A heart will be displayed next to the added channel(s) When happy with the ones you've selected press the back button, and on the next screen click on Confirm which should be highlighted in red in the top right of the screen.  You can also move the channels up or down the list from the Manage my channels screen, and click on Confirm when happy with the changes.
