Disney plus app very sluggish

Is it a known issue that the Disney plus app is annoyingly sluggish to navigate through the V6 box?  It isn't that the shows wont load or constantly buffer, that seems fine.  The problem is navigating the menus is chronically slow to the point where I would be better off searching elsewhere for something I know is on there and going direct to it rather than winding myself up trying to browse.   I use other things like Netflix, Apple, Amazon all fine through the V6 box . . it's just this Disney one that is terrible.

    Hi Lee_T 

    I've moved your post from the V6 forum to the 360 forum. 

    The Disney+ app is only available on the TV360 and Stream boxes.

    Personally I don't find that navigating the menus on the Disney+ app on my 360 to be much slower than using the app on an android device or using a web browser on my PC

    Instead of opening the Disney + app and navigating the menus, I find it's actually quicker using the 360's voice control from anywhere (even when watching live TV) and saying the name of the program you want, for example Grey's Anatomy or Deadpool 2 etc

    Thanks, I forgot the name changed to TV360 with the new control and the software upgrade.  I do sometimes use the voice control but often don't really know what I want to watch and just want to browse through the library.
