I tried to watch the Chelsea womens Champions League match v Real Madrid last night, on the DAZN channel and yet it didn't appear to be available. Yet I could see it free of charge on both my phone and my laptop. Can anyone explain or offer any advice please. I thought it would be free on the DAZN channel via my TV too. Am I missing something? This isn't the first time I have had this experience.

Sorry to hear you're having issues accessing the DAZN channel from your set top box. Has this every worked for you or is it just a few programmes?
When you try to access the channel, what happens, please? If you see a blank screen with nothing on it, what happens when you press okay on the remote? Do you see any text or a message come up at all?
Are you looking at the DAZN Women's Football channel on #554? I don't think the good matches are on there.
They used to be on DAZN1 but that channel is now only in the app.
I think you can only watch the Women's Champions League football by subscribing to the DAZN app.

I have to say that I do think Virgin are being a bit misleading over the Womens Champions League as the announcement gave the impression that the games would be shown Live but they are not they are only shown on the DAZN channel later as reruns.
