CS2004 Error

I get a CS2004 error code and cannot watch any live TV.

I have unplugged all coax cables and re connected 

rebooted and factory reset the 360 box

checked all other connections 

still getting the same issue

  • in addition, my internet connection has also been playing up and is intermittently very very slow.

  • Check for an outage in your area on My Virgin media via your phone 

  • Thanks but no outage and tbh it's been like it for a week or so but hadn't got around to unplugging and resetting everything until today.
