Hello,we have recently moved your 360 and can’t seem to rewind or pause live TV and set recording are not recording.
Any ides what the issue could be?

Please can you confirm which box you have.
Since it's not recording and you have problems pausing and rewinding live TV then it seems to confirm that your set top box almost certainly has a hard drive error and will need replacing.
You could try a factory reset of the 360 box but I very much doubt that doing so will resolve the issue. (To factory reset go to Settings (the cog at the end of the Home menu) > System > Factory Reset. It's actually misnamed and only a partial system reset and not a complete factory reset. You are given 2 options
Keep Recordings
Format Disk
Normally I would suggest choosing Keep Recordings which means you won't lose your recordings and any planned recordings or series links you've set up, however in your case I would go the full hog and choose the Format Disk option since you have no recordings. You will have to sign into your apps such as iPlayer, Prime, Netflix and ITVX again. Also Match frame rate and Standby power consumption will go back to their default settings if you have changed them.)

It’s one of the older TV360 boxes. Recently had the software update and new remotes.
Assume we need to contact Virgin direct to get them replaced?
