The physical recording is on the 360 box and the info is held on Virgin's servers so if you can still see the recordings and you don't have your box replaced you will be ok.
What is the connectivity problem.

Thank you or the reply I don't know the exact issue my status page just says it is one of my devices either broadband or tv but both are working fine sincere outage on Thursday am at my hours when I had to reboot and I spoke to virgin who said there was an issue and I was okay with my equipment but work is complete but my status says different hence why I have booked engineer

This sounds like you're not actually having any service issues. But you've booked a tech visit because the online status tells you there's an issue?

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry for any service issues. You'd only lose any recordings if a reset is needed without keeping them first (there's an option to try keeping them) or if the TV box needs replacing. Please let us know how the engineer visit goes.

Hi John the engineer came and everything was okay have me a new box because somebody my tv channel numbers were suddenly missing after an upgraded to a new contract but my status page from today is,still highlighting broadband and tv in orange saying there is an issue with morbid my devices I hiccup I am so exhsusted and stressed with this new upgrade I don't know what to do hence why I had it installed by an engineer in the first place could my status page have a glitch
