Hi
on this channel there are several shows with the same name but when I record I cannot get a series link any ideas ?

You get a series link for a show if it exists, e.g. Hunkydory.
Which show are you trying to set a series link for. If it's not a series or has an episode number that might be a a reason you can't set a series link.
Pink Frog Crafts doesn't give an Advanced option to record from this episode where Hunkydory does. As it's a shopping channel there are probably lots of repeats so if you do manage to set a series link using the Advanced options don't select All available episodes because you might just end up with lots of repeats.

If you go to the guide and choose the channel, can you see if it works that way?
