Channel 4 badly pixelated

Just got the virgin 360 upgrade to my v6 box and channel 4 is unwatchable, so badly pixelated. Did a reboot but still the same. Any ideas?

    Seems to be a known fault that VM are investigating.  Affecting all TV box versions not just TV360

    SNAP I’ve the same issue as you I did read on here that a few having the same there bbc2 went a few days later  we will prob both end up ringing

    We're sorry to hear that you were experiencing some issues with pixellation. 

    This was raised as a fault however it has since been resolved. If you're still experiencing issues, please reboot your box again and let us know how things are 😊
