Chance of getting an engineer out to swap box?

I'm a physically disabled person who still has the old Tivo box.  I know that 36o upgrade kits are freely available, but I just don't have the manual dexterity in my limbs to swap the box myself; friends and family live many miles from me and the people that do come to me for my care are either too busy or not tech savvy enough to deal with this.

So, is there any chance of getting an engineer out to swap my old Tivo for a 360 one?  I would be willing to pay a charge - up to a point, but I hardly watch broadcast TV and I never use the apps on the Tivo  (they became useless years ago) and the only reason why I have any VM TV package at all is for the discount it gives me on my broadband.

      I got help from one of your colleagues on the VM subreddit and they arranged someone to visit to swap the Tivo for a 360 box this past Monday.

      So I'm sorted now.
