Catch up not updating

Hello Does anyone have problems with catch up, When i go on the menu for the last 7 days of programs they are last weeks programs had this with my last box and had a new box 6 months ago, also if i have another new box will i used programs i have recorded

    Your thread title says Catch up is not updating. Which menu are you going into for the last 7 days of programs'?  The EPG itself can only go back 7 days.

    Catch up programs can be found under TV Show in the navigation menu, or you can use the channels respective apps

    No recorded programs can be transferred over to a new box.

      Yes i'm going into the last 7 days i understand it can only go back 7 days, but like i wanted to watch something that had been on this afternoon i do this everyday and it is showing last weeks program what i have already watched, i'm fed up with virgin

        If you are wanting to watch something that had been on earlier in the afternoon then you can scroll back the same day on the EPG by clicking the Left arrow on the navigation wheel and look for the Start Over icon.  (If you use the fast forward keys you scroll back 24 hours at a time so won't be able see programs from earlier the same day)

        If the Start Over feature is available you will notice an icon which looks like a circular arrow pointing backwards, often with a "play" symbol inside, which indicates the ability to rewind and watch a live program from the beginning.

        Also when you press the "OK" button on a program, you might see a "Start from beginning" option if "Start Over" is enabled for that show.

  • Are you looking at the TVGuide and going back 7 days, if you are they will be last week's programme's on catch up if you want newer episodes you need to go to the apps like iPlayer or ITVx which might have newer episodes available.

    The other available option is to press the Home button and then select TV shows as previously mentioned.

    Why was your previous box replaced ? Every time it gets replaced you will lose any recordings you have.
