Can't add channels via remote on 360 box

I have been trying for a while to add TNT sports to my package via the remote (clicking OK to subscribe on TNT channels) but every time I try I get Oops TS2/3/2/10346 error with a QR code which directs me to my Virgin Media website which doesn't allow me to add the channels without speaking to someone.

I am a busy person which means I'm not always able to contact VM during their 8-8 opening hours.

Anybody have the same problem?
