Your post has been moved to a new thread. It sounds like you've requested a conversion from V6 > TV360 and have received the new remote.
If that's the case, it's almost certainly too late to prevent the migration completing. You'll have a short time to manually instigate the software install before it's run automatically.

We're sorry to hear you're looking to cancel an upgrade. When changing from a V6 box to a 360 box, only a new remote is sent. There will be an upgrade app on your V6 which will renew the software to provide a 360 service.
If you're no longer wanting to complete the update, you'll need to speak to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 for them to get things cancelled for you.
