Bring back tivo
I have made the mistake of supposedly upgrading to 360.
I want to go back to the better process with the tivo box much better.
Is it possible to go back.

The mistake was in trusting VM. You've learned a lesson, and sadly you're not the only one.
The TiVo/V6 > TV360 migration process doesn't come with a reversion option.
VM is now part of a new multi national cable company that have for many years had their own TV platform. You have just migrated to that platform. The parent company is obviously quite keen to stop paying TiVO for a operating licence that it sees as unnecessary, so going back is not an option.
