Blue power on screen freezes post 360 upgrade

We upgraded successfully to 360 and TV ok for 4 days however now it freezes on blue screen. We tried rebooting and switching box of then on manually to no avail. Help. We now have no TV

    Can you post a picture of the blue screen, I haven't seen this posted before.

    I am sure you have checked but is the TV HDMI input selected for the 360.
