I had a new router fitted last week and a new 360 box yesterday
I have loaded BBC Iplayer and recived welcoming emails from BBC so that is all set up but when attempting to use I player I get Error Code 02050.
I have rebooted the 360 box which makes no difference.
Only other App I installed yesterday is Netflix and that is working fine.
Any idea how I resolve this,

The iPlayer problem is a known issue with it's own Fault reference number.
