Apps & catch up not working
Hi. So for a while now, my box has been playing up. I cannot access catch up or any apps. It says not available - code cs2400. Usually restarting my box fixes the issue but now that isn't working anymore. I think my box is faulty and I need it replaced. I have phone anxiety so I do not want to ring virgin up. I have tried online chat but it was just a bot and was not helpful. Please can someone reach out? Thank you.
