360 Upgrade - error codes M68 and M63

Any help would be great! Had the remote come but cannot upgrade. Keep getting the code M68 and M63.  Talked to 2 people who have said they have sent the single to be able to upgrade but still won't work.  Can't record, rewind, forward or watch demand or catchup. 

They said they will get a technician to look at it.  If I tell them I don't want it can I go back to how it was. I've a feeling this is going to go on for ages!

    Welcome to the Community Forums. 

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with your set-top box upgrade. 

    We can see on the systems on our side that, the team have already been in touch and has arranged for further support on this. 

    The engineer will attempt to complete the installation for you and if not, they'll provide you with a replacement set-top box that is already upgraded rather than converting the old set-top box back to the older software version.
