360 remote not working and cannot reset it

I have 360  TV and the remote is not working properly.it started with vol + not working

Then sometimes the red light stays on. I cannot reset it due to buttons not responding.obviously I've already changed batteries.

I've also tried to order online but after checking my TV box it just says something went wrong.

Can I have a new remote please? Also cannot call 150 as it says noone online after 6pm Sunday.

    I would try phoning tomorrow at 8am when they open, it could be 2 to 3 days before the forum team pick this up.

    You can use the TVGO app while you are waiting, or if your TV has a smart remote you might be able to pair that to the 360 box, my LG smart remote is paired to the 360 using Ziggo set-top box. You might need Ziggo Mediabox Next depending on the TV.

    Sorry to hear about the issue with your 360 remote.

    Can we just ask if you have been able to fix the issue or at least order a replacement?
