360 recordings won’t play
my recordings on 360 main box won’t play keep getting error oops we could not connect to Virgin tv 1 please try again

Do you have a 360 main box and mini box, picture below, are you getting the message when trying to watch the recordings on the mini box. Both boxes need to be set to fast start or active start. How are both boxes connected to your hub ethernet cable or wi-fi.
