360 Mini Box Set Up Problem

Just trying to set up the new 360 Mini Box in upstairs bedroom via WiFi. Channels are showing but no picture I.e. I can see the channel listings and scroll through them but there is no picture/video showing, tried different HDMI leads and ensured all wires are connected properly Main box still works fine. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

As suggested replace the main box with the mini to rule out a problem with the mini. If that goes well put it all back (preferably by far with the mini connected with an Ethernet cable), re-pair the mini to the main box and force a clean host–client re-registration by power-cycling in this sequence.

    1. Power off mini box.
    2. Power off main 360 box.
    3. Power off hub.
    4. Wait 2 minutes.
    5. Power on hub → main 360 → mini. Note that you have to wait some minutes until the hub is properly functional again.

Are there any onscreen error codes and messages showing?

Have you connected the mini box to the coaxial cable?

Have you tried placing the mini box where the main 360 box is and connected all the cables there to see if the fault is with the box or the location?

Are you sure it's a mini box and not a stream box?

/tv-error-codes/cs2004/ is usually due to  a loose cable.  Double check that all coaxial cables are snug and tight and free from any kinks.  Also check that the small white cable adaptor cable** is firm and not flimsy/pliable when touching it - if it isn't solid it can affect the picture (either complete loss or pixelation)

**  It might be that it hasn't been connected - that cable can be easily missed/overlooked when removing the contents from the cardboard box containing the mini box
