360 issues

Same issue with our 360 box. Eventually reported the issue to Virgin via their really awful automated fault system on phone. No wonder customers give up and leave!

Engineer booked.

        Hi fergiet 

        Thanks for coming back to us. OK so on the visit the pixelation was not showing but now is? 

        If so, can you ensure all cabling is finger-tight please.

        Then keep monitoring it on future live TV and recordings?

    Engineer called but no fault showing. Will just have to keep an eye on it.
