360 issues rant

I’ve seen a couple of threads about upgrading to 360 , worst decision I’ve made.

its failed to record and deleted all my recordings and planed recordings, engineer out replaced box ,month later did exact same thing engineer out , didn’t have any idea why? 
then it failed to start any live programs from the beginning keep giving me an error message.fixed remotely by cs team.

now today failed to record world super bikes due to power failure. Not true as I was watching something else on another channel! 

im so fed up with it. Can’t trust it Bring back TiVo 10 years never skipped a beat

      Hi 

      I’ve had a visit from an engineer, not 100% sure it’s fixed, he replaced the psu. I’ve just lost confidence in 360 , the first time it happened I was away on holiday came home to catch up on all I had recorded but it was all gone! Engineer replaced box.

      the second time it kept freezing, pausing while watching recordings box went to standby came back on all deleted again. Engineer removed powerline adapter I was using thought it was interfering.

      3rd time we had a power cut all the programs deleted when it came back on . 
      engineer replaced psu  it’s just too unreliable! 
      early days yet usually happens after 4 or 5 weeks 

       

      I’ll post on here if it happens again
