360 diagnostic information

Hi Getting the following message on one box, I have done all as advised tightened connectors re booted etc. No change. Sometime ago I was advised by VM engineer that a rewire was required (have that in writing)  The affected box as last in line goes through at least 4 splitters. Running diagnostic tests makes no difference. Advice appreciated which I assume requires tech visit. It does cause some issues usually buffering in late evenings

    Live TV is received directly by the box in broadcast format. Any issues will show up is pixelation, dropouts & stuttering sound. You only get “buffering” with internet content, which comes through your hub. You are correct in that if the box is furthest from the drop line, the signal loss is greater & this will also affect the live TV signals more as they are carried at higher frequencies than the cable internet.
