360 box stuck on standby

Hi, my box won’t switch on from standby or remote. Tried all the rebooting etc , the remote can’t pair either the bix. I turned of and on znd held minus and standby button, now getting flashing red light and bix with arrows downloading on the screen. I have an engineer booked but just wondering do I need a new box?

        Well service has been good . Only issue now is the connect app can’t find my hub?!
