360 box stuck in the welcome loop

Couldn't log in to Netflix so decided to reboot box and router. Now stuck on Orange light and looping welcome screen. Have to say this 369 box is brutal, it keeps deleting all recordings and then seems to forget that it was logged into Netflix and requires re-authentication. Final straw was that it wont get past the welcome screen. Tried re-setting the firmware with no luck. Think I need a replacement box.

  • If you are prepared to wait it usually takes the forum team 2 to 3 days to respond, quickest way to report a fault is by calling Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault.

    If the box has been deleting recordings and planned recordings then it does sound faulty.

     

  • Wait times on 1908 (Ireland) have been 30 mins / 1 hour and the bot is absolutely useless.
