360 box lost all recordings and scheduled recordings...again

Box didn't start properly tonight no picture. But guide working fine. Had to switch box off and restart. When it came back on no recorded programs or scheduled recordings this has happend a few times now. The box has been replaced about 6 months ago and thought it was fixed. But I guess not as they is the third time in that period. First within a couple of days of getting new box. Put it down to it settling in.

  • Sounds like you need the box replacing again, so either another call to Virgin or wait for one of the forum team to respond which might be 2 to 3 days.
