360 app issues AGAIN!

I’ve never had so much grief from a device in all my life. I have 2 boxes, 1 front room 1 dining room where my router is located. The dining room doesn't hold or play recordings. The apps take forever to load (If at all) ITVX, BBC iPlayer etc. Call centre is worse than useless just loops. The online DIY self-diagnostics no good. What do I have to do to get a service I am paying for? AND I’m on the top tier too. I’m out of contract in September. I will be cancelling everything. I’m no slouch with tech, but this is ridiculous. NOTHING is simple.

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with one of your set-top boxes. 

    Can you confirm, is this set-top box a 360mini box or does it look like a main set-top box?

      Hi Carley. Bot set-top boxes are main ones. Another issue I’m having now is with one of the remotes. I can scroll through the channels, but can’t “OK” to view the chosen channel and the “INFO” doesn’t work either. All was fine yesterday AM, but after around 18:00 they just didn’t work.  More problems.

        Had the same problem which appeared after the firmware was updated to 5.16.  What appears to have fixed it so far was to factory reset the box from the settings menu (Settings>System>Factory Reset).  By doing a factory reset you won't lose any recordings or settings (favourite channels etc.) but you will need to sign back into most apps.  Worth a try!

    Irrespective of whether you have 1 or 2 recording boxes, you will only see one recording list. That is the way V360 Horizon operates. It is likely this is a WiFi connectivity issue (if that is what you are using).

      Oh, and thanks for your reply. Also, both boxes are connected by ethernet.. There are other issues with the connection and loading of the apps.

        Can you pause and rewind live TV, if you can't then that would indicate a faulty hard drive / box and would need replacing.
