360 app issues AGAIN!
I’ve never had so much grief from a device in all my life. I have 2 boxes, 1 front room 1 dining room where my router is located. The dining room doesn't hold or play recordings. The apps take forever to load (If at all) ITVX, BBC iPlayer etc. Call centre is worse than useless just loops. The online DIY self-diagnostics no good. What do I have to do to get a service I am paying for? AND I’m on the top tier too. I’m out of contract in September. I will be cancelling everything. I’m no slouch with tech, but this is ridiculous. NOTHING is simple.
