360 - JVC sound bar connection

Hello

ive just upgraded to 360 and now my JVC sound bar  started show the volume every 20-25 seconds.

ive added an adaptor thing but now nothing from the sound bar at all. I’ve not changed any HDMI ports and all the HDMI cables are in the same ports as before.

called VM to be told your sound bar is broke….

all/any help gratefully received

    Hi Paul,

    If the adaptor is a CEC Less adaptor I assume if you take that out then everything works as before, what happens if you turn off HDMI control on your TV.

    Morning all

    engineer just left , replaced the 360 box with a new one. Probably a impartial download causing the box and sound bar not to speaking to each other.
