Wrong Email Address when registering
Hi, When I signed up for Virgin Media I entered the wrong email address.Is there a way to fix this? Thanks

Are you able to sign in to your My Virgin Media account with the e-mail address currently set?
If you are, you should be able to update the chosen e-mail address by going to "Account settings" and then "Account details".

I haven't registered yet because I don't have an account number yet. Those went to the wrong email. All I have is an order reference number.

Hi thanks for getting back to me it's not letting me sign up with the email I'm worried now because I can't register and I have no account number to keep track of my bills
