Why can't I Sign Up to My Virgin Media

I have been trying to sign up to My Virgin Media for the past couple of months but every time I get stuck on the "Request in Progress" spinner, without my request ever going through.

I can't even contact support as I keep being redirected to another unhelpful page in their help and support.

      Unfortunately I received an error when trying to reply to you're private message. It is shocking to me that a simple post function does not work on this website.
