Unable to contact virgin media on 150

Virgin media customer services is supposed to be available from 8am to 9pm but getting the voice message" It has not been possible to connect your call please try again later". It is now 8.40 and still can't get through

    Sorry to hear of the difficulty getting through to our team via 150.

    Are you calling this number from your landline service or via your mobile account?

    If you previously had a Virgin Mobile account that has migrated over to O2, the 150 will no longer work and you would need to utilise our 0345 454 1111 option to speak to our Virgin Media team.

    150 from your Virgin Media landline should not produce the result you're reporting to us.

    Hello, Why has Virginmedia made it 100 times worse for us to contact them. I'm 76 and got a touch of Alzheimers so need to talk to someone in UK. 150 does not work and their phone number does nothing. My contract is up soon and you putting my bill up to £75 a month. Can't afford that so I either need a deal or I LEAVE after being with you for 30 years or more

  • I have tried connecting via landline and mobile to VM on 150 and on 0345 454 1111  but all I heard was the faint blip of a dialing tone but nothing else.
