Signed up to my virgin media wtih wrong email
Hi,
I signed up to my account with a wrong email address.
because of this, I cannot set up a direct debit and have been paying my bill monthly bill manually - however I have now been charged late payment fees as my ‘last balance has not been cleared’… however I cannot get in to my account to see what I owe.
can someone please asist?
