Parental Control not working again

Hi,

Yet again my Parental Contol setting is not working! I’ve tried turning it on and off and resetting the router but still nothing. This is getting really annoying now as it keeps happening. Never known a internet service provider to be so poor with this control setting.

Please investigate asap.

    Its very odd this would just turn off if you didn't change the settings,
