Old contract on VM app
I recently had my router changed. Had to cancel my original contract (I was still in my 14 day cool off period). When I log into the VM app it shows the old contract saying it is closed which is correct. I have uninstalled and re installed the app and made no difference. Is there anything I can do. I only need access to change the router security preferences on the router.
This has been resolved now, in the end I had to register with a new account and a different email address. Uninstalled VM app with all the data and cashe, re installed the app, signed in with my new email address. It now works.
