No welcome email
I ordered a virgin media broadband pack.
however I can’t set up my virgin media account as I haven’t received a welcome email I have tried to contact via live chat and they can’t seem to find my account.
I haven’t set up the broadband yet as I don’t have a virgin media wall socket which I need to organise as well.
is there any way you can help me sort these 2 problems out.
