New contract not set up to account

Hi,

I've tried getting through on the phone but it's been a nightmare and eating up my busy morning

I left VM a few month ago as someone moved in with their internet and I closed my account.

Things didn't work out so I had to set up virgin again and obviously the parental locks are on. I went to change it on the VM account (tried desktop and app) and what is showing up is my closed broadband account and not my new account.

It was a couple of weeks ago I got the new broadband set up so I thought things would have updated by now

What do I need to do?

    If you have recently signed up again you would need to resign back up, if you wanted to use the same email address we would need to raise an IT ticket to delete this from the other older account.
