New bereavement account unable to log in
My husband passed away in July and a new account was created for me in August. I have spent many hours on the phone and web chat and still can’t log in. The system seems to recognise the account and my email but I don’t have a password and when I click reset password I don’t get the emails - and I have checked the junk folder! I am stuck.
