my virgin media app/o2

Hi

I have linked my virgin media app with the o2 (VM02) with my email (Gmail) then when i have gone to access my blueyonder email it says i cannot access the email as i have not linked them tried changing the email to the Gmail but then comes up with no account found you only get 5 attempts to do this before you are locked out till the next day 

Virgin says clear cache and wait 2 hours this did not work either 

Can anyone advise or help

    Are you able to create a new Virgin Media O2 ID for your Blueyonder email address?
