My virgin media app problems

Been having problems with logging into my virgin media app. Keeps saying "looks like you've started registering already, please go back to where you started". Done this numerous times, nothing changes. Spoke to VM by phone with promises to sort this out but nothing changed. Be going on for ages. Please  help annoyed now!!! Any ideas?

  • Don't bother with the app. You can do anything you need with a browser logging into the hub or your online account.
