I was a loyal member of virgin. But for over a year I couldn’t sign in to any apps or any sites. I wanted to leave I had enough 3 month ago ayisha b told me she would help me. She sent me out memorable word and I confirmed I wanted to leave. But instead a Matthew took over and was no help . So for 4 months or more I have had no services from virgin.i told ayisha I would pay last bill but that I wanted to leave. Now out of the blue I am receiving bills again yet the system isn’t even connected to my tv.what do I do

    Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your account at the moment and for the times that you've had problems with your account and services. You mentioned that your services aren't' connected to your TV, that wouldn't make any difference if your account with us hasn't been cancelled you would continue to be billed until your account has been cancelled. Have you had confirmation that your account with us has been disconnected or is in the 30 day notice period to be disconnected?

      As I said I told ayisha b and she said that she would help me and I confirmed with her that I wanted to leave and that I had a friend confirm I had no services and this is the first bill I have rey since . I never signed a deal for nearly 90

  • Right from start scammed into paying for house phone that never used then agreed price kept rising without telling me .now no contact then bill out of blue. 

  • I was loyal customer who would probably never thought of leaving but the strange behaviour and constant price increases with out notice. Over 3 months ago Ayisha told me she would help and nothing now this rubbish what do i

      Thanks for coming back to us Marly67. So when you responded to Ayisha she was offline and once that happens another agent picks up the conversation, which is what happened here. The agent that responded after Ayisha should have carried on helping you.
