I can not pay outstanding bill

I can not pay outstanding bill, online or on phone due to my account being closed, or set up direct debit,

 

i am happy to pay please help me pay.

  • Not sure why even when I requested paper bill several times they are unable to provide this or even answer why this isn't offered option to pay for previous customers without VM account access. I think paper bill cost it's probably £1.75. I'm more than happy to pay for that as well. Should be simple just to add this to overdue amount. 
    I could be wrong but looks like they have unsolved mess in their VM system with different customer issues around.

      It is highly unacceptable with such tech issues for months. I am not sure who is the CTO and giving a damn to this issue. Ready to help the team, if given a chance.

      They are not even caring that my phone connection is down for last 5 days or more. I am cooked because they have a system issue.

  • I have exactly same issue... Can someone from Virgin media team help me out. I'm happy to pay my outstanding balance immediately.

      Ah, so this is contagious. I am suffering from last many months, from June to be precise. They cut my phone connection for their mistake. I am really upset and even when I am ready to pay, I dont have an option to pay online. This is ridiculous. Sorry for venting, however, there is something serious tech issue in virgin media. Guys please get my connection back and I am ready to pay.
