Change account on email
Hi,
So what it is, is I was a customer with Virgin Media before and my contract finished. I decided to rejoin Virgin Media but now, I am having an issue.
Whenever I login to Virgin Media, it just brings up my old account and not my new account. I would prefer to use my new account with this email address if possible.
Although, I did even try registering with a new email address just to see what it does but it is not letting me. I have an o2 SIM card and it is not even letting me change that account over either as my old account also had an o2 SIM card with it.
Please can someone help?
I really need this resolving ASAP.
