Can not access my virgin media account

As the title states I can not access my virgin media account

Keeps saying my email address is wrong and can not get any further 

my email works fine , instalation was last week but had no notification from virgin that account is up and running 

the installer said everything is fine and expect an email from virgin ? 

any help appreciated
