TV box no longer supports Netflix

this is the message i get.

i subscibe to netflix

i talked to Chat yesterday. they asked me to send them a wattsap message at 17.41pm and they would contact me in about 10 minutes. i`m still waiting.

  • I assume you have the old Tivo box as this does not support Netflix anymore.   However, the V6 still does and uses the same Tivo software you would be used to, so you can ask for a V6 as a replacement.   

    However, VM may try to get you to "upgrade" to the 360 Horizon software, which is completely different. 

    Make sure you read the Forums to get an idea of the cons and pros before committing.  Once you go to 360, there is no reversing this choice.
