Tivo remote replacement
I need to order a replacement Tivo remote.
I tried online and it said -
'Sorry, we can't place this order online, call us'
I rang Virgin and the automated message said -
'We will send you a link so you can order this online'
I tried online AGAIN and it said -
'Sorry, we can't place this order online, call us'
I rang Virgin AGAIN and the automated message said -
'We will send you a link so you can order this online'
Am I doing something wrong or is this an example of Virgin's customer service?
