Does your TiVo's heartbeat light flash when you have VoD issues? Follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, does the LHS report successful connections?

same here...lost it a week ago now....spent two days on this problem...Virgin self help a waste of time, just talking to computers on the phone, web pages no help, texting no help, just put a web request in for help, (hope to resolve this in 28 days is the reply).....All I want to do is talk to a human being, why is it so hard to do????

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your TiVo box and the lack of support contacting us to get help.
I'd like to take a look into this for you. More than likely we will arrange a swap for a new V6 box as the TiVo box is slowly becoming outdated.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.

Better to reply to your existing thread - including previous questions - than start new ones.
Can you check re the heartbeat light mentioned above?
