Re: TiVo issues

We had issue with our on demand app. I have read a few post recently and we are not alone.
Watching live TV working fine, as are our recordings. But catch up not working at all. Selecting catch up - channels, only has the iPlayer logo appear, all others have no pictures, just the text. iPlayer doesn't load, just an indefinite black screen if clicked or not processing the request at all. 
restarted the box many times, checked cables and still nothing. I dont know what else to do
