New 360 has not turned up

I have an old TiVo box and in response to the warning about losing access to BBC iPlayer, I applied for a replacement (via the Virgin app). I was notified that it would arrive in about 1 week. That was a month ago. How do I chase this up?

    We're sorry to hear you're still waiting on your replacement box. Can you let us know how you completed the order? Was this done with someone over the phone or did you apply through an email link/My VM?
