Need to order a TiVo remote as it's broken

Hi 

Trying to work out how to contact anyone to report a broken TiVo remote , been trying to do this for months and nothing on your site works .

Tried phoning and can't get through, this is for my 87 year old mum with no volume button, come on virgin not good enough .

Can someone contact me in this contactless world we live in now please
